A non-refundable registration fee of R350 is required to secure a place in any module.
Students must provide a valid ID or passport and proof of payment during registration.
Payment Terms:
Full payment for the selected module must be made before the course start date.
Payment plans are available upon request and must be approved by the administration.
Late payments may result in suspension of course access until payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund of the course fee (excluding the registration fee).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Thuto Computer School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
Attendance and Participation:
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Absences must be communicated in advance.
Excessive absences may result in the student being unable to complete the module or receive a certificate.
Transportation:
Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venues.
Students may choose to use their own transportation or pay for school-organized transport (if available). Transportation costs are not included in the course fees and must be paid separately.
Certification:
Certificates of completion are awarded to students who attend at least 80% of the classes and pass the final assessment.
The certification fee is not included in the course fees and must be paid separately as instructed by the school. The fee will vary depending on the type and material of the certification.
Certificates will be issued within 14 days of course completion, provided all fees have been paid.
Code of Conduct:
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students.
Smoking, drinking, or the use of drugs is strictly prohibited on Thuto Computer School premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
Students must wear appropriate, non-seductive clothing when attending classes or tests at Thuto Computer School. Clothing should be professional and suitable for a learning environment.
Technical Requirements:
For online classes, students must have access to a reliable internet connection, a computer/laptop, and the required software (Microsoft Office 2016/2019).
Thuto Computer School is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.
Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including slides, handouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of Thuto Computer School and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Liability:
Thuto Computer School is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the course, whether on-site or online.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Thuto Computer School reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes.
Additional Information
Certification: Students receive a certificate of completion at the end of each module. Certification fees are not included in the course fees and must be paid separately.
Discounts: Group discounts are available for organizations or groups of 5 or more students.
Requirements: No prior computer knowledge is required for Module 1. Students must complete Module 1 before progressing to Module 2.
