Payments and Billing Queries
Invoicing will continue as normal throughout December. Please ensure that arrangements are made for any due invoices to be settled timeously to avoid any service interruption on the account.
- Suspensions will run on Wednesday, 18 December 2019 on overdue accounts
- Debit orders will be processed on Thursday, 2 January 2020

Our billing department will be available from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays (with the exception of public holidays), which may result in slightly delayed responses. Normal response times will resume on Thursday, 2 January 2020.
