Module 1: Introduction to Computers and Basic Applications
Course Content:
- Introduction to computers, mouse, and keyboard skills.
- Basic ICT theory, hardware, and software.
- Introduction to computer operating systems and Windows 7/11.
- Introduction to Microsoft Word 2016/2019.
- Introduction to Microsoft Excel 2016/2019.
- Introduction to Email.
- Introduction to the Internet.
Duration & Fees:
- Full-time: Tuesday – Thursday (2 hours/day) for 2 weeks.
Fees: R650 per student. - Part-time: Saturdays (9am–1pm) for 6 Saturdays.
Fees: R850 per student. - Special Class: Flexible schedule over 10 days.
Fees: R1050 per student.
Module 2: Intermediate Word and Excel Skills
Course Content:
- Intermediate Word processor skills (tables, diagrams, borders).
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, charts, calculations).

- Full-time: Tuesday – Thursday (2 hours/day) for 2 weeks.
Fees: R650 per student. - Part-time: Saturdays (9am–1pm) for 6 Saturdays.

Module 3: Introduction to PowerPoint and Digital Skills
Course Content:
- Introduction to Microsoft PowerPoint 2016/2019.
- Introduction to digital photography.
- Personal presentation skills.

- Module 4: Introduction to Outlook and Workplace Skills
Course Content:
- Introduction to Outlook 2016/2019.
- Workplace etiquette, emails, and calendars.
- Workplace and organizational skills.

- Module 5: Advanced PowerPoint Skills
Course Content:- Advanced tools and features in Microsoft PowerPoint 2016/2019.
- Customize design and work with media.
- Build advanced transitions and animations.
- Finalize presentations, secure, and distribute presentations.
Duration & Fees:
- Full-time: Tuesday – Thursday (2 hours/day) for 2 weeks.
Fees: R1100 per student. - Part-time: Saturdays (9am–1pm) for 6 Saturdays.
Fees: R1500 per student. - Special Class: Flexible schedule over 10 days.
